Third stage of the InCity project commissioned

InCity, one of the most interesting and popular residential projects in Warsaw, has acquired a certificate of occupancy and is available for its residents. The third stage constitutes the last architectural element of the project’s common building structure along with the buildings from the first and the second stage. Currently, construction works are carried out as a part of the fourth stage of the project, to build a separate, independent building.

Buildings constructed during the first three stages constitute an architectural whole, being linked by an underground garage, a common patio and a garden. As a part of the project, 427 apartments and 478 parking spots were constructed, most of them in the third stage: 166 apartments and 173 parking spots. Construction of the third stage started in February 2014 and was finished six months before the estimated completion date.

Currently, construction works are carried out as a part of the fourth stage of the project, in which 84 apartments located on 8 stories of a detached building will be built. The building’s architecture refers to the buildings constructed in previous stages. Its residents will have 91 parking spots in a 3-story underground garage at their disposal.

Commission of the third stage is an important moment for us – saysArie Koren, OKAM Capital’s CEO We plan to finish the fourth stage of InCity at the end of this year, thus finishing construction works in this part of Warsaw. We are going to move our construction site to Mokotów. Currently, we are selling out two of our projects in Służewiec: MOKKA project on Konstruktorska and VISTA project on Woronicza.

At the moment, OKAM is also selling the last apartments from the third and the fourth stage of the InCity project.

InCity is a project that has been popular among our clients from the very beginning. They appreciate its prestigious location, high standard and attention to details – Arie Koren underlines – Clients have already started asking about our upcoming projects.

InCity is a unique project: modern architecture located in a quiet part of the city center, in an immediate vicinity (200 m) of Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. The project is situated near Warsaw Uprising Museum, newly built business centers, a pool, a fitness club, theatres and shopping malls. All of these elements make the project even more attractive. It’s a perfect place for those who value living in a city center, close to the most important cultural and social events. The project has been designed by architects from Grupa 5 architectural studio, one of the most renowned architectural studios in Poland.
